30 day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason within 30 days from date of purchase you may return the tool to us for a full refund (less shipping cost).
Tool must be in good resalable condition. Any tools that are returned with the tamper seals broken will not be refunded.
This does not mean that we are in the tool lending business. This return policy can only be used once by any person or business.
If the tool has been used to clear codes we will charge a 30% restocking fee.
Durametric Software Return Policy:
Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase.
Please be aware that postage on returns is your responsibility. We do not reimburse for shipping and handling on returns.
All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number please send a message to support@durametric.com. Any shipments received without a return authorization number will be rejected.
